Welcome to VRStrip.Cam (the "Site"). Read this page in full before you create an account, load tokens, or open a VR stream. The points below ("Terms") form the contract between you and the operator of VRStrip.Cam. Continued use of any part of the Site - landing pages, model rooms, the WebXR viewer, embedded chat - is your active acceptance of every clause. Disagree with any line item? Close the tab and don't come back.

1. Who Can Use the Site

VRStrip.Cam is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Where the legal age of majority is higher than 18 (some U.S. states, several Asian and Middle-Eastern jurisdictions, etc.), that local threshold applies to you instead. If your country, state, or workplace network blocks adult content, do not attempt to bypass that block to reach this Site.

2. Your License to Use VRStrip.Cam

We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to browse the Site and stream content on devices you own or control - desktop, mobile, or VR headset. This license ends the moment you stop following these Terms. We can suspend or close your account without notice, withhold pending payouts in cases of fraud, and remove anything you've uploaded. Every clause that protects us, our Models, or our intellectual property survives termination.

3. Ownership of Site Content

Page layouts, branding, written copy, code, original artwork, audio cues, the VRStrip.Cam name and logo - those belong to us or to our licensors. Live streams, photos, and clips submitted by Models or studios belong to those creators. You may not scrape, copy, mirror, rehost, train AI on, or republish any part of the Site without our prior written permission. We pursue intellectual property violations aggressively.

4. Identity Verification for Performers

Anyone broadcasting a live show or uploading recorded clips must pass identity verification first. That means a valid, unexpired government photo ID plus a clear selfie holding that ID with the current date visible. We may re-verify any user at any time. False or altered documents trigger an immediate, permanent ban and (where required) a referral to law enforcement. Avatar images, banner art, and bio text don't require verification.

5. What You Upload Is on You

Anything you stream, post, or otherwise send through the Site ("Your Content") is your responsibility. Personal information you choose to reveal on camera or in chat may make you identifiable - we don't promise the chat box is a secret.

For every piece of Your Content you confirm that:

• You hold every right needed to publish it and to grant us the license below;
• Every person shown is 18 or older and you have documentary proof on file;
• Every identifiable person has signed written consent for that exact use.

You also confirm Your Content does not:

• Infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or right of publicity;
• Threaten, harass, defame, or impersonate anyone;
• Show minors in any context, sexual or otherwise;
• Depict actual physical harm to people or animals;
• Promote weapons, controlled substances, or other illegal goods;
• Function as advertising, recruiting, or off-site promotion.

By uploading Your Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, transcode, cache, display, promote, and (where you've opted in) record and resell it. You also grant viewers a personal-use license to stream it back. You waive any claim of moral rights to the extent permitted by your jurisdiction.

6. Third-Party Material

Some of what you see - chat overlays, social embeds, payment widgets, embedded snapshots - is supplied by third parties. We don't curate, vet, or guarantee that material. If something is wrong, inaccurate, or offensive, your remedy is against the third party, not us. Everything on the Site is delivered on an "as-is" basis.

7. How You're Expected to Behave

You agree, at minimum, not to:

• Use the Site for anything illegal in your jurisdiction;
• Run bots, scrapers, headless browsers, or automated viewers without our written consent;
• Harvest usernames, email addresses, or chat history for outside communication;
• Stress-test, port-scan, or otherwise probe our infrastructure;
• Threaten, intimidate, or stalk other users or Models;
• Forge headers, spoof IPs, or otherwise obscure your origin;
• Attempt to defeat geo, age, or DRM controls;
• Upload malware, exploits, or polyglot files;
• Resell, rebrand, or commercially exploit any feature of the Site;
• Embed our streams inside another site or app without permission;
• Pick a username that's racist, homophobic, transphobic, doxxing-related, or otherwise abusive.

We log activity (chat messages, tip events, room joins, abuse reports) and we cooperate with valid law enforcement requests.

8. Tokens, Tips, and Payments

VRStrip.Cam uses a token-style virtual currency to power tips, private shows, and unlockable content. Pricing is shown on the buy page and can change for promotions, regional pricing, or fraud-prevention reasons. You pay through a vetted card processor or alternative method we display at checkout. We - or our processor - may store a token reference for repeat purchases you've authorized.

Refunds: Token balances are non-refundable when an account is terminated for breaking these Terms. We may refund, at our discretion, for confirmed billing errors or proven technical failures. Tips sent to Models are gifts and cannot be reversed.

Dormant balances: Accounts inactive for 12 months may be archived; remaining tokens expire if not used within that window.

9. The Paid Features

We sell time-based experiences (private VR rooms, spy mode, group goals) and tip-based interactions (toy control, request menus, exclusive snapshots). Pricing per minute or per action is displayed before you confirm. If your balance runs out during a metered session, that session ends immediately. Models can decline any specific request at any time.

10. Safety, Moderation, and Trust

We run a layered moderation stack: pre-broadcast ID checks, automated computer-vision flags on live streams, keyword and toxicity filters in chat, a 24/7 human review team, and a user reporting workflow. Repeat or severe breaches end with a permanent ban and, where law requires, escalation to authorities.

11. Personalization and Recommendations

Our recommendation engine reorders the grid based on signals like which Models you've watched, how long you've stayed, tipping history, region, headset type, and time of day. EEA and UK visitors can switch personalization off in account settings - that's a right granted by the Digital Services Act. Turning it off makes the grid less relevant; it doesn't change billing.

12. Recorded Shows

Models can enable per-show recording. When they do, viewers can buy that recording for personal playback. Recordings remain accessible from your library even if the Model later deletes their account. You may not re-upload, mirror, or share purchased recordings - that's grounds for permanent ban plus civil action.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms accepts that policy too. We may update either document; continued use after we post the new version counts as acceptance.

14. Copyright Claims (DMCA)

We honor copyright. If you believe a stream, recording, or upload on the Site infringes your work, send a notice through the process outlined on our DMCA page. Three confirmed claims against the same uploader within any rolling six-month window result in termination of that account.

15. Changes to These Terms

We update these Terms when product features, payment partners, or regulations change. The current version is always at this URL. We won't email you about every edit - checking this page periodically is on you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Site, its operators, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) tied to Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your conduct toward other users.

17. No Warranty, Limited Liability

The Site is delivered "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties - express, implied, or statutory - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise streams will be uninterrupted, fast, or free of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any cause is capped at the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the total token spend you made on the Site in the 90 days before the claim arose. Where the law of your jurisdiction does not allow these caps, they apply to the maximum extent it does allow.

18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute that can't be resolved through good-faith email exchange goes to confidential, binding arbitration seated in the operator's principal place of business, conducted in English under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. You waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party can still seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you stronger rights, that local law also applies.

20. Miscellaneous

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, are the complete agreement between you and us;
• If we don't enforce a clause immediately, that's not a permanent waiver;
• If a court strikes one clause, the rest still stand;
• You may not assign or transfer your account; we may assign these Terms in a sale or restructure;
• Notices may be sent by email, in-app banner, or as a posted update;
• The English-language version of these Terms controls in any conflict with translations.
