VRStrip.Cam operates outside the territorial reach of the United States, so the obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not technically attach to us. We hold ourselves to the standard anyway - every performer is verified as an adult before broadcasting, and we keep the records that the statute would require.

Age Verification

Every Model who appears in a live stream or recorded clip on the Site has, prior to first broadcast, provided a government-issued photo identification document and a contemporaneous "hold the ID" selfie. Our trust team or a licensed third-party provider confirms that the document is genuine, unexpired, and shows the person to be at least 18 years of age (or higher, where local law sets a higher age of majority).

Records We Maintain

For every visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct we keep, in encrypted storage with restricted access:

• The verification document(s) and selfie;
• The Model's stage names and prior known aliases;
• The original date and URL of the broadcast or upload.

These records are produced for authorized inspectors on lawful written request.

Exempt Material

Other imagery on the Site - promotional artwork, illustrative thumbnails, lifestyle photography, AI-generated category art, and any visual that does not depict the conduct enumerated in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv) or 18 U.S.C. § 2257A - is exempt from the record-keeping requirement.
